AirTEC™ Technology – Consistent Plasma Discharge
Achieving a uniform plasma treatment requires precise airflow. With Tantec’s built-in AirTEC™ system, the PlasmaTEC-X automatically regulates the air supply to the plasma discharge nozzle, ensuring optimal conditions at all times. The system compensates for variations in cable or hose length, eliminating the need for manual adjustments and guaranteeing a stable, repeatable process.
Plug-and-Play Operation
The PlasmaTEC-X is designed for user-friendly installation. With its universal power input, simply connect the unit to mains power and compressed air — and it’s ready to operate. No complex calibration or setup is required, reducing downtime and simplifying integration.
Daisy Chain Control – Manage Up to Eight Units
For larger production setups, the PlasmaTEC-X supports Daisy Chain control. Up to eight plasma generators can be connected and operated via a single PlasmaREMOTE HMI unit. Each generator can be controlled individually using a traditional relay interface or managed collectively via the digital control interface.
New Stand-By Airflow Feature
Tantec’s latest enhancement, “Stand-By Air Low”, allows operators to maintain a controlled, reduced airflow when the system is idle. This prevents dust from settling on the discharge head, helping to ensure cleaner surfaces and longer maintenance intervals.
Fast Setup and Easy Maintenance
All connections between the plasma generator and the discharge nozzle are made via standard plug-in connectors, making installation quick and intuitive. Combined with DC technology and AirTEC™, the PlasmaTEC-X requires no adjustments, even when cable lengths are changed.
